Pricing, Terms, and Privacy
These terms govern access to the EyeContact DX platform, services, pricing, and website at eyecontactdx.com.

1. Overview
EyeContact Dx Ltd. develops software technologies that use eye-tracking and behavioral response data for pediatric ASD care pathways. Access to the EyeContact platform is currently offered only to selected clinics, healthcare systems, and professional organizations under a written agreement.
We do not sell products or services directly to consumers and do not bill patients.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific agreement, EyeContact technology is under development and has not been cleared or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. EyeContact does not provide a medical diagnosis and is not intended to replace standard-of-care screening, diagnostic evaluation, referral decisions, or clinician judgment. Healthcare providers remain solely responsible for clinical decision-making and for following applicable professional standards and local requirements.
2. Pricing & Billing
Pricing Model
Pricing for EyeContact Dx is customized based on each organization's needs, including factors such as clinic size, number of users, expected usage, and integration requirements.
- Agreement-based access
- Usage-based components, where applicable
- One-time setup or integration fees
- Enterprise or network-level agreements

Billing Terms
Billing terms are defined in individual agreements with each customer.
Agreement terms, including renewal and cancellation terms, are defined in the applicable customer agreement.
Where recurring billing applies, the customer authorizes EyeContact Dx to charge the selected payment method according to the agreed billing frequency.
Depending on the agreement, billing may occur:
- On a recurring basis (monthly or annual)
- Via invoicing in advance of the service period
Customers are responsible for ensuring timely payment in accordance with their agreement. Failure to comply with payment terms may result in suspension or termination of access to the services.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Fees are billed according to the applicable agreement and, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, are non-refundable.
Cancellations, termination rights, and service modifications are governed by the applicable customer agreement.
Customers may contact EyeContact Dx at info@eyecontactdx.com regarding cancellation or service modifications. Timing and effect of cancellation are governed by the applicable agreement.
Access to the platform may be suspended or terminated in cases of non-payment, breach of agreement, or misuse of the service.

3. Terms of Service
Use of Services
The EyeContact Dx platform is intended for use by qualified healthcare professionals only. Access is limited to authorized users under a valid agreement.
Users may not:
- Copy, modify, or reverse engineer the platform
- Use the platform for unlawful or unauthorized purposes
- Share access credentials with unauthorized parties
All intellectual property rights in the platform and services remain the exclusive property of EyeContact Dx Ltd.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Using the platform in accordance with the applicable agreement, documentation, and professional responsibilities
- Maintaining compliance with applicable healthcare laws and regulations
- Safeguarding login credentials and system access
- Ensuring that only authorized users access the platform
Service Disclaimer
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
EyeContact Dx does not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EyeContact Dx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
Termination
EyeContact Dx reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform in the event of:
- Breach of agreement
- Misuse of the service
- Non-payment
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
4. Privacy
Information We Collect
We may collect:
- Contact and account information (such as name, email, organization)
- Technical data (such as device type, IP address, browser type)
- Usage data (such as interactions with the platform)
- Behavioral, gaze-based, usage, and platform-related data generated through use of the platform

Data Ownership
Customer data remains the property of the customer.

Data Responsibility
Healthcare providers using EyeContact Dx are responsible for managing patient data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Data Protection
EyeContact Dx implements reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data and operates in alignment with applicable data protection and healthcare regulations, including HIPAA where applicable.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data.
Data may be shared only:
