Billing Terms

Billing terms are defined in individual agreements with each customer.

Subscriptions renew automatically based on the selected billing cycle (monthly or annual), unless canceled.

By subscribing, the customer authorizes EyeContact Dx to charge the selected payment method on a recurring basis according to the agreed billing frequency.

Depending on the agreement, billing may occur:

• On a recurring basis (monthly or annual)
• Via invoicing in advance of the service period

Customers are responsible for ensuring timely payment in accordance with their agreement. Failure to comply with payment terms may result in suspension or termination of access to the services.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription fees are billed in advance and, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, are non-refundable.

Cancellations, termination rights, and service modifications are governed by the applicable customer agreement.

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting EyeContact Dx at info@eyecontactdx.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be made after that time.

Access to the platform may be suspended or terminated in cases of non-payment, breach of agreement, or misuse of the service.

Use of Services

The EyeContact Dx platform is intended for use by qualified healthcare professionals only. Access is limited to authorized users under a valid agreement.

Users may not:

• Share access credentials with unauthorized parties

All intellectual property rights in the platform and services remain the exclusive property of EyeContact Dx Ltd.

Customer Responsibilities

Service Disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

EyeContact Dx does not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EyeContact Dx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.

Termination

EyeContact Dx reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform in the event of:
